As a Real Estate Broker for more than 20 years, I have loved helping people accomplish their objectives. I hold my fiduciary duty to my clients as my highest responsibility in every transaction. You as a client are the most important person on the team that we will create in order to achieve your goals. As your team leader I will ensure that we have access to all of my available resources. For example, when we need an assist with financial documents I will call upon Vikki Kuick to help us. And when we need legal counsel we can call upon Broker/Attorney, Gary Laturno. There are any number of people who may join our team as we progress through the transaction.
Todays Real Estate market is constantly evolving. For example, short sales are very complex transactions for both buyers and sellers. As an experienced broker I am fully capable of managing and guiding you to a successful outcome, whether you want to buy or list your property.
Integrity is primary and I am a member of the PSAR Professional Standards Committee. It is this committee's responsibility to monitor and uphold the Realtor Code of Ethics and Professional Standards.
